Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) – Akasha Healing
Die vorliegenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle angebotenen Dienstleistungen von AKASHA HEALING, einschließlich Online-Dienstleistungen, digitaler Inhalte, Online-Workshops sowie Live-Veranstaltungen und Workshops. Sie sind verbindlich, soweit nicht ausdrücklich schriftlich andere Vereinbarungen mit dem Kunden oder der Kundin getroffen wurden. Durch die Nutzung der Webseite von AKASHA HEALING insbesondere zum Erwerb von Leistungen, erklärt sich der Nutzer mit diesen AGB einverstanden.
Einzelsitzungen & Absagen
Einzelsitzungen (Online Healing-Sessions, Healings vor Ort usw.) können bis 24 Stunden vor dem Termin per E-Mail oder telefonisch abgesagt werden. Absagen innerhalb der letzten 24 Stunden vor dem Termin sind kostenpflichtig; die Terminkosten werden in voller Höhe in Rechnung gestellt.
Rücktritt bei Online-Workshops/Trainings
Rücktritt ist bis einen Monat vor Beginn möglich, sofern die Veranstaltung nicht ausgebucht ist und die Anmeldung noch offen ist. Bearbeitungsgebühren in Höhe von 10 % des Kaufpreises werden einbehalten, der Restbetrag wird zurückerstattet.
Gesundheit & Haftung
Es werden keine Zukunftsprognosen versprochen oder garantiert. Gesundheitsbezogene Aussagen beziehen sich nur auf den Wohlfühl- und energetischen Zustand. Besuche ersetzen keinen Arztbesuch; Medikamente weiterhin unter ärztlicher Betreuung einnehmen. Fernheilungen dienen als Ergänzung zu medizinischer Behandlung und nicht als Ersatz. Bei psychischen Problemen oder schwerwiegenden Erkrankungen ist eine ärztliche Einverständniserklärung erforderlich. Das AKASHA TEAM übernimmt keine Haftung für fehlerhafte oder unvollständige Informationen.
Daten & Datenschutz
Die Erhebung personenbezogener Daten erfolgt freiwillig und dient der Beratung und Durchführung der Dienstleistungen. Solange kein Widerspruch erfolgt, werden diese Daten genutzt. Die Datenschutzerklärung ist Bestandteil dieser AGB.
Urheberrecht & geistiges Eigentum
Alle Videos, Aufzeichnungen, Workbooks, Theorien, Erkenntnisse und Durchgaben aus der Energiewelt unterliegen dem Urheberrecht von AKASHA HEALING. Weitergabe oder Veröffentlichung ohne Erlaubnis ist untersagt.
Kauf, Vertragsabschluss & Tickets
Angebotsabgabe erfolgt durch Anklicken des Feldes „Jetzt kaufen“. Der Vertrag kommt erst mit Zuteilung eines Tickets oder der Bestätigung der Bestellung zustande. Preise verstehen sich als Einladung zur Angebotsstellung. Falsche E-Mail-Adressen gelten als korrekt zugestellt. Kauf auf Rechnung wird nicht angeboten.
Rücktritt & Aufrechnung
Kein Rücktrittsrecht bei Freizeitdienstleistungen wie Tickets für Veranstaltungen. Aufrechnung ist nur bei rechtskräftig festgestellten oder anerkannten Gegenansprüchen möglich.
Abonnements & Community-Zugang
Kein Widerrufsrecht für Abonnements, Online-Trainings, Meditationen oder Workshops.
Verhalten & Teilnahme
Kein Bullying oder negative Posts. Bei grobem Fehlverhalten kann die Teilnahme ohne Rückerstattung storniert werden.
Schlussklauseln
Alle Streitigkeiten oder Ansprüche, die sich aus oder im Zusammenhang mit diesen AGB ergeben, unterliegen deutschem Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Gerichtsstand für Unternehmer ist das sachlich zuständige Gericht am Sitz von AKASHA HEALING. Gerichtsstand für Verbraucher ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, der Wohnsitz des Verbrauchers. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt. Anstelle einer unwirksamen Regelung tritt eine, die dem wirtschaftlichen Zweck der Parteien am nächsten kommt.
AGB - Terms and Conditions of Akasha Healing (Germany)
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, products, online courses, events, workshops, training programs, meditation subscriptions, digital content, and consultations (“Services”) offered by Akasha Healing. By purchasing, booking, or using any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
Akasha Healing offers energetic, spiritual, meditative, and personal development services.
These services do not replace medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or physiotherapeutic treatment, nor do they represent any activity requiring a regulated professional license in Germany.
Clients confirm that they book Akasha Healing sessions of their own free will and provide all relevant information voluntarily, including information about ongoing medical treatments, pregnancy, or any condition that may be relevant for assessing their well-being.
3. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Booking and Contract Formation
1. By clicking the “Buy now” or “Confirm booking” button on the website, or by confirming in writing via email, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected service.
2. A contract is formed once Akasha Healing confirms the booking via email or makes the service accessible to you (e.g., access link, ticket, membership login).
3. Akasha Healing assumes no responsibility for incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.
4. If the booking is not immediately confirmed, your offer remains binding for two days.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed are invitations to submit an offer.
Payment methods available are those listed during the checkout process.
Payment must be completed before services are provided, unless otherwise stated.
Purchase on invoice is not offered.
6. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content and Events
According to German law (§ 312g Abs. 2 BGB), the following services do NOT include a right of withdrawal:
Digital content delivered immediately (e.g., meditations, recordings, online courses)
Live events, workshops, and trainings tied to a fixed date or time
Memberships or community access
By purchasing such services, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.
7. Cancellation Policy
Tickets or bookings for events with a fixed date cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellations for other services may only be accepted if clearly stated in the product description.
8. Behavioural Guidelines and Community Rules
During online sessions, workshops, or community participation, clients are expected to maintain respectful, supportive behaviour.
Bullying, negativity, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content provided by Akasha Healing—including videos, audio files, recordings, theories, spiritual transmissions, written materials, workbooks, transcripts, and any form of documentation—is protected by copyright.
It is strictly prohibited to:
Copy, share, publish, or forward any materials
Use content for teaching, training, or commercial purposes
Distribute or reproduce any part of the programs
Any violation may lead to legal action.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Akasha Healing is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for:
Health reactions
Misinterpretation of content
Technical issues outside our control
Lost data or access problems
Clients remain responsible for their own physical and mental well-being.
11. Changes to Services & Technical Availability
Akasha Healing reserves the right to adjust content, schedules, or technical platforms if required.
Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues may occur.
12. Final Provisions (Germany)
1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
2. For business customers (Unternehmer), the place of jurisdiction is the court responsible for the location of Akasha Healing.
3. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies (your home jurisdiction in Germany).
4. If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. A legally valid replacement clause shall apply that most closely reflects the economic intention of the parties.
